曾經甜蜜交往的男友，分手後竟變成惡狼！台南市一名40多歲的熟女阿芳（化名），2006年間與一名吳姓男子認識並交往，期間經歷分分合合，最後終究分手；不過吳男不甘心，竟在2015年間藉口要找阿芳至大陸投資，實際上卻是騙她出門見面，趁機毆打並性侵她。最後阿芳甚至還被逼簽下寫有毒誓的「賣身契」，要她今生今世只和吳男在一起，否則將不得好死！
據《自由時報》報導，吳男和阿芳自2006年起開始交往，期間分分合合，後來確定分手，吳男卻心有不甘。2015年底，吳男以「一起到大陸投資」為藉口，將阿芳給騙出。2人見面之後，吳男向阿芳裝可憐，表示自己心情很差，想去南投竹山的紫南宮拜拜，阿芳不疑有他，便開車載著吳男前往紫南宮，之後還一路開車至南部多處訪友，當天深夜2人則投宿至摩鐵。
投宿摩鐵的凌晨，吳男竟手持拖鞋瘋狂毆打阿芳，阿芳從睡夢中驚醒，嚇得不知所措！吳男宛如失心瘋一般，不僅強逼阿芳脫去衣物，性侵她得逞，最後還命令她寫下有毒誓內容的「賣身契」；內容為：「今生今世只聽吳ＯＯ的話，絕不三心二意，今後願與吳ＯＯ同甘共苦、共同承擔，如有違背誓言，將不得好死，天打雷、橫屍街頭，特立此狀」。
所幸阿芳隔天假意與吳男去逛街，最後趁著吳男在百貨公司試衣時，趕緊逃走並報警。案經一審，吳男被依性侵、傷害等罪嫌，判處5年4月徒刑。
台北市一名從事文具貿易生意的高姓已婚老闆，4年前與聘請的蘇姓女祕書發生婚外情，導致蘇女懷孕並墮胎，前年4月間高妻在丈夫手機的LINE裡發現兩人的曖昧對話，內容更提及墮胎事宜，逼問下高男坦承外遇，高妻怒告蘇女並求償。台北地方法院去年12月判蘇女3月徒刑，可易科罰金9萬元；今（6）日再判蘇女須賠50萬元，可上訴。
判決指出，52歲的高姓男子接掌家族經營的文具貿易事業，經營情況穩定，但高男卻在2013年間與聘請的蘇姓女祕書發生婚外情。高妻表示，她平時要找丈夫時都會打公司電話，起初蘇女還客氣應答、幫她轉接，但她察覺蘇女的口氣越來越差，甚至還反問她「為何在上班時訂房資訊間打來？」高妻因而起疑。
2015年4月間，高妻發現丈夫手機LINE中與蘇女的訊息提到關於「墮胎」的事，內容提及「人工...流產」等字眼，逼問下丈夫才坦承外遇及陪同女祕書進行人女工流產手術，高妻怒對蘇女提出妨害家庭告訴、民事侵權行為損害賠償告訴。
刑事部分，雖蘇女稱拿掉的胎兒不是高男的，但法院根據男方證詞及兩人的LINE對話紀錄，認定兩人外遇屬實，依妨害家庭罪判蘇女3月有期徒刑，得易科罰金9萬元；民事部分，台北地院認定蘇女侵害高妻配偶權屬實，判蘇女應賠50萬元，均可上訴。
